Anaerobic Adhesive / Threadlocking Series

This product is a series of anaerobic curing compounds mainly composed of acrylate monomers for bonding, sealing and fastening purposes. It remains uncured when exposed to oxygen or air, yet rapidly polymerizes into cross-linked solid polymers once air is isolated. The term "anaerobic" means oxygen is not required for the curing reaction of this adhesive.
It is widely applied in automobile manufacturing, machinery production, household appliances and other industries. Apart from fastening, rust prevention, sealing and bonding, it can replace traditional processes such as welding and riveting for certain positions. It optimizes product structure, extends service life and upgrades overall product performance.
Easy application; excess adhesive stays uncured and can be cleaned effortlessly;
Maximum service temperature: 155°C;
Low strength grade allows repeated disassembly for convenient maintenance;
Low odor and low corrosiveness, compliant with RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
Primarily used for locking and sealing threads below M36 that require periodic disassembly and maintenance, as well as various tightly fitted components. It elevates assembly bonding strength and effectively prevents thread loosening.
Select adhesives with appropriate strength grades according to actual application scenarios.
When used at low temperatures, apply an accelerator on the bonding surfaces to speed up curing.
Bonded assemblies shall not be exposed to alkaline media.
Keep bonding surfaces clean and dry before application.
For bonding and sealing applications with large gaps, metal gaskets shall be inserted, or dedicated anaerobic adhesives shall be adopted.
Disassembly methods: Heat the bonded assembly to 260°C ~ 316°C and take apart while hot if high temperature is permissible. If heating is unavailable, use organic solvents such as dichloromethane blends or special adhesive removers.
